WHEN DOES MY WEDDING PACKET NEED TO BE SUBMITTED?

Double Trouble DJs would prefer that your wedding packet be submitted no later than a month before your wedding date. Exceptions can be made upon request.

ARE WE FULLY INSURED?

Double Trouble DJs has full coverage insurance we are able to provide banquet facilities with proof upon request.

DO WE HAVE BACK-UP EQUIPMENT?

Double Trouble DJs travels prepared with back-up equipment for that “just in case” moment.

HOW WILL MY DJ BE DRESSED?

Our DJ will be dressed professionally in a suit and tie or tuxedo but can dress to your liking upon your request.

WHEN CAN WE MEET WITH YOU?

Double Trouble DJs provides two office locations with specific office hours at each. Our schedules are flexible and we’d love to schedule an appointment with you at your convenience.

CAN WE SEE YOU PERFORM LIVE?

If you’re interested in seeing a live performance of Double Trouble DJs please contact us with dates and times and we’ll be happy to set up an appointment.

WHAT IF MY DJ IS SICK?

Double Trouble DJs has an expansive staff with all DJs on-call. If your preferred DJ cannot make it due to illness, we’ll send another DJ in their place.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SONG REQUEST?

Double Trouble DJs works hard to assure all guests hear the music they’d like as long as we adhere to the requests of those throwing the event.

WHAT IF I NEED EXTRA HOURS?

You may add more hours to your event as the additional hourly rate will be discussed upon contract negotiation.

HAVE YOU EVER MISSED AN EVENT?

Double Trouble DJs prides themselves on being prompt and punctual. We’ve never missed an event since opening in 2003.

HOW MUCH IS MY DEPOSIT?

Our standard deposit is $400. If the cost of the event exceeds $2,000 a larger deposit will be required.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Double Trouble DJs will continue to play as long as the venue is safe for the guests and our staff. We also provide a backup plan for outdoor weddings.

WILL THE MUSIC BE AGE APPROPRIATE?

Double Trouble DJs prides themselves on following the playlists provided by the event hosts. You have the choice to pick what you want and don’t want played at your event.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY MY FINAL BALANCE?

Double Trouble DJs would prefer the payment be submitted a week prior to your event.
